Full-service management
The company runs your listing end to end: guests, pricing, cleaning, maintenance and reporting. Fees are usually higher, and your involvement is minimal.
Co-hosting
A co-host supports you with selected tasks, such as guest messaging or check-ins, while you keep control of your listing. Fees are usually lower.

Why do some profiles say "Not publicly available"?
We never guess fees or terms. If a company has not published a detail, we say so instead of showing an estimate.
Do companies pay to appear higher?
No. Organic results are never sold. If sponsored placements are introduced, they will always be clearly labelled and kept separate.
Is this an accommodation booking website?
